Welcome to my new website www.sherrymerchant.in. I hope to see you more often as I intend sharing loads of stuff with you and I find this website will be a good way to do it.

Being from South Mumbai, the terrorist attack affected me deeply, as it took place in the area I grew up in. In addition, many Mastery Academy courses as well as our first YCH course took place in these hotels. I got married at the Taj as well. We all have bittersweet memories and since life has to go on, let us be positive and move ahead...

One of the saddest things for me personally, was losing Nisha Rajwanie, one of our students from Pune. I was shocked to get a call at 6am on the way to the airport in London, from her son, who informed me that his mother had just passed away. Distance dictated that I could not attend her funeral, sadly. For those who don’t know her, she was a vivacious lovely human being and it is hard to imagine she is not among us any more.

Through the years she went on from being a student to a flourishing practitioner. Her grit and determination in the wake of a very challenging life won my admiration and she was one of the few who actually supported herself by her Feng Shui practice alone, and did it well, AND IN DIGNITY.

Many students have been calling in to ask if there is going to be any talk this year. Well, since I have already had the pleasure of attending Joey’s talk for 2009 in London (Thriving in Challenging Times) maybe it’s time I shared some of that information with you, so you can all prepare for the following year well in advance. Personally, I find his information a huge aid to my practice even if he tells us stuff we ought to know in the first place, he re-enforces and re-affirms our knowledge so we can confidently go and do our bit.

I for one, always come back with something invaluable and useful. This year, one of the points was that “southwest is the health sector of the year”. Figure it out if you can, or else attend the talk and find out why, plus much more!

A LOT. And I mean A LOT! I was in London for many things, the Date Selection Modules 1 and 2, a book launch for Joey Yaps PURE FENG SHUI, the talk for 2009, a few clients and of course, loads of fun. While Bazi Module 4 as well as Feng Shui Module 4 have a bit of Date Selection, this course is the mother of all courses. If you have a good date, your Feng Shui is even more powerful, hence Date Selection is the jewel in the crown of all Feng Shui studies till date. It is especially useful if you are not able to make changes in a house, then you use the right date to move the Qi. More when we meet!
