| |
| For a physical on-site consultation : |
| |
- A complete and accurate SCALE plan of the property to be assessed, in duplicate should be kept ready
- A short history of the property along with the date of construction and subsequent additions if an
- Birth Data of all people involved with the property.
- Your problems and requirement.
- A list of your problems and any queries that you may have regarding the property.
- Payment for the Audit Fees.

| How to proceed : |
| Once the appointment is fixed and the fees structure worked out, a visit to the site is required and all discussions will take place at that time. |

| Follow up instructions will also be given for the coming year. |
| |
| For online consultations , once the formalities are completed and the plans and information reach us, we then proceed with an explanatory email followed by a phone conference at a mutually convenient time. |

| We understand that your privacy is important to you, as it also is to us. Due to the nature of our work, obviously, we never discuss our client confidentiality with anybody else. All the information that we learn from you in the course of our work will be protected and dealt with confidentially. |

| It is not our normal practice to reveal the names of our clients. If we do wish to use your names for reference purposes, we would seek your prior permission. |

| We accept payment in through Paypal, by TT, Cheque (INR, USD, EURO,GBP) or in Cash. |
